December 1st???

How did it become December already???? where has this year gone? I am looking forward to the holiday and the busy season at work to be behind me but I am also looking forward to the start of the new year. Not that 2010 was all bad but it did have it's ups and downs. I let go of a relationship that reached it's limits and in the process gained a new friend. On the down side my little man moved 2 hour away. I miss him everyday and love the time I do get to spend with him. I started dating a cop this year and that has been an amazing adventure. She has taught me so much about myself. I love finding things out about myself that I didn't know and with the cops help I am finding my footing and learning to stand strong. This year has been full of challenges and personal conflict and i am hoping the new year will be a great way to start fresh and work on myself and the things that I know need to change in my life. I will be back to blogging more regularly and Checking in more often, I have missed my blog.!

Middle man

Well the middle man will be 11 tomorrow. I can't believe that he will be 11, where has the time gone. We are having a small family party tomorrow for him. He asked if I would take him and his bff to a movie and I of course said yes. they want to see a movie that isn't out yet so we will do it when it comes out. He is so cute he asked for a paper jam for his birthday and I had no idea what it was so I went to the toy section and found one. it's a small guitar like thing that plays music. I don't get it but it's what he wanted so i got it.
I miss my blog and all of you. I hope to get back to blogging regulary very soon. hope you all are well and looking forward to the holiday!

Nov already?

Wow I have been gone forever! So much has changed and I will update soon. just wanted to let you all know ( if anyone is still out there reading) I'm doing great the kids are great and life is good!

YAY!

The little man is coming today and staying until thursday! I can't wait to have all the kids in the house again! I miss him like crazy. It will be nice to have them all here and underfoot! pics to follow the visit!

summer time

It seems like this summer is flying by way to quick. I have been super busy with work and a crazy schedule so I feel like I haven't seen the children nearly as much as I want too. I miss them and they are here. K started conditioning for cross country and it makes me want to cry. This is her 6th season, she is going to be a senior in high school and that makes me want to cry. I can not believe that my little girl is that old. it seems like yesterday she was born and in a month she starts her last year of high school. I am a mess just writing that, I can't imagine what it will be like when I say I'm sending her off to basic training. E is going to start 4th grade this year and is excited to be back in school. S maybe starting preschool in the fall if all goes well! My babies are growing up and I am not at all excited. but enough sad this weekend the cop and I are meeting up with Kristy and our friend Amy to go to the Zoo!!!! I will have all 3 of my kids together!!! I miss having S here all the time so what time I get with him is so special. I can't wait to see his face when he sees the polar bears. I love the zoo! have a great week !

updates

I can not believe I haven't posted for a month. It has been crazy busy here and at work. The kids are having a great summer and I am hoping that we are able to do somethings before it gets away from us. WE are planning a trip to the zoo to see the new polar bear exhibit, and maybe a camping trip with my mom. It should be fun.
Life with the cop is never ever dull and we are getting along very very well. The kids adore her and she loves being around them (she spoils them rotten). I will tell you that I never thought I would date a cop and it has been quite the adjustment I don't like worrying every time she is on duty. It was getting better until she went back to the local sheriff department and they put her on the tactical team. Now I worry even more, I'm adjusting it's just hard every time she walks out the door I say a little prayer and I'm not a religious person. On another note I really like her family. Her mom took me to bingo and I even won a few games. I think that she is what I have always needed and just didn't know it. ( and yes Jude I like the other perks too:)!) I hope that I can get back to blogging soon it just seems like we never stop I have started biking and hope that someday I learn to like it as much as lifting weights. So I hope you are all enjoying your summer and the pride season.

NEW INK!!!!

I went Monday and got some new ink! I am excited and will post pics as soon as it looks better. I got a white tree on my left forearm and it is soooo cool. Things are going well here. Kristy and I are doing very well as friends and I am so glad that we chose to end our romantic relationship while we still like each other. I still love her and hold a special place for her in my heart. It is good to know that we can still be a family and take care of our kids and not want to kill each other or have petty fights anymore. WE are both moving on with our lives but still holding to our family.This may sound odd but it is good to see her smile again and have it show in her eyes. The kids are well, K's first prom is this weekend we have a few more things to get then we will be done. E should start baseball soon and I'm excited! Kristy is going to help coach a little league softball team so I see lots of time at the park for us this spring!!! have a great week!

hmmmm

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know how much I appreciate the good thoughts and vibes!!! I am doing well and am hanging in. Life is crazy as we get ready for the prom and all that is going on in the next few weeks. We signed E up for baseball last night and he is super excited. have a couple weddings to shoot soon and I hope they get me out of the funk I have been in with shooting, I haven't picked up a camera in weeks, and I miss it. I miss the creative outlet and need some form of motivation. Anyone need pics taken??? so hope your all well talk soon

Life happens

I am going away for a bit not sure how long. There is a bunch going on at home and I am not ready to share. I will be back just not much to write about for now. I will keep up with everyone and may post off and on but for now I need to work on my family and me. happy spring all.

Hellooooo....

I miss my blog, it seems like I have been neglecting it lately, I am still reading blogs and am here a couple time a week, I think it's just that life has been crazy. Work is hectic, home is crazy, and what free time I have I have been trying to spend with the wyfe. There is however a bunch going on so Lets do a run down list.....

1 The wyfe has decided that she is going back active duty as soon as she sews on Staff Sergent. Big changes to happen here at home with that choice that I am VERY VERY excited about.

2 My new boss came to see me the other day and hates me. I have been with this company for almost 10 years and have only been written up once and that was the month the wife visited from Japan and I was late A BUNCH!!! She came is and told me I wasn't doing anything right.... I am 132% to what company goals are and my labor and costs are well below what they should be but I don't know what I am doing.... I hate to say it but I feel it's a gay thing and that sux!

3 This one makes #2 better I am going back to school in the fall! I am taking a completely different career path but I told the wyfe that when she gets stationed I want to be able to pick up the paper and find a job, so I am going to do a Medical assistant program with an emphasis on billing and coding. This way I can find work just about anywhere.

4 The daughter is going to 3 yes I said 3 proms this year so I am going to be busy for several weekends. I am so excited! I may even get back in the mood to take some pictures!!!!

5 E made the a/b honor roll and we are proud!


OK so that is what has happened around here in a nutshell, I have been reading blogs if not commenting, I miss you all and hope your well.

weekend update

So this weekend had it's ups and downs, mostly ups but one big down. we had decided we wanted a sphynx cat and thought that we had found a good breeder. Dawg came in for the weekend to help us pick out our cat and we drove half way across the state only to meet the crazy cat lady and her full grown ugly ass cats in her stinky house. Needless to say we didn't come home with a cat. I was disappointed but a little retail therapy made it all better. (I was told that shopping with a femme can be aggravating to some people.)
Saturday night we went to dinner with Dawg then we went out for drinks. I am told that not only did I dance with my favorite drag queen but apparently I danced with a very unattractive drag king. I don't remember the later so I am saying it never happened. I will leave you with a few picks of the weekend. Hope you all had a great one!!

Wyfes birthday weekend

So the wyfe has a birthday this weekend. She keeps telling me she is skipping her birthday this year, but I can't let that happen. I just found out that a friend of ours is coming in for the weekend to help us pick out her birthday gift. I can tell you what it is because she already knows. We are adding a new cat to the family, a sphynx kitten. We have to go pick it out tomorrow and I am nervous that I don't know enough about the breed so it's great that R is coming with us( she has a sphynx). We are going to take the wyfe for dinner and drinks at her favorite restaurant. I will post pics of the night and the new kitty on Monday. hope you all have a great weekend!!!

SNOW!

The snow is still coming down and I am more than ready for it to stop. I like a bit of the white stuff but enough already! Wasn't somebody suppose to talk to the groundhog??? I am sooooo ready for spring! My kids have now missed the last 10 days of school and they are talking about extending the school day so that we may get out sometime in June. I am sooo ready for warmer longer days, for flowers and birds. I am just ready to get out of this house!! The wife and I are going to indy for the weekend to see friends of ours, that is IF this snow stops. lets hope it goes away sooon!

changes,reflections,date night

So as you know I took a temp job at work and have had fun doing it, however this assignment is coming to and end and I am sort of sad that I will be going back in studio. I have been offered two other district managers jobs but they would both require me to move to Virginia and at this time I am not in a position nor do I want to move. So it's back to the studio for me. This is a good thing i wont be away from home and and I will get to spend more time with the kids and the wyfe. It also means that on the weekends she has reserve duty I don't have to worry about the kids being home alone, this makes us both more comfortable. I also will be able to get back to the gym on a regular basis. I have missed going to the gym. It is my time to reflect on me and concentrate on doing something good for me, and it just puts me in a good mood.

last night was date night, the wife and I went out for dinner and then to see Dear John. It was a good movie, they didn't butcher the book that bad at all. We also got new piercings last night, but I won't be sharing any pics ;)

So today I took the day for myself, with the wyfes complete permission of course... I went and saw this hot blond dyke and let her put her hands alllll me. The wyfe even got me ready for her. She helped me shave my legs and get all soft and smooth. I had to drive a bit for her but it was sooooo worth it. She laid me all out and put her wonderful warm hands all over me for the entire morning and quite a bit of the afternoon. She has hands that just make me melt.I love the way she knows just what I need and where I need it. I turn into a puddle when she touches me. She worked me over and left me feeling warm and soft and completely relaxed. She even finished me off with the best chocolate I have ever had. I suggest if you have the chance you should alll take the time for a great massage. I feel like a new woman, and will have much more patience for awhile, that is until I need her again.

A bunch has happened lately around here and it is times likes this that I am so thankful for the group of woman that I have met here. Some of you I have gotten to actually meet, but most of you are still virtual friends. I have learned that face to face meetings aren't necessary for the bonds of friendship to be real and strong. I just want to say thanks for proving that.

This weekend Dawg brought her family and came to visit mine. We had a full house with 8 humans and 5 furry kids,but we also had a blast.

Is this not the sweetest face you have ever seen? I would have kept this snuggle bug, but I couldn't get Dawg to part with her.
We spent a very relaxed weekend just hanging out and getting to know one another, and drinking wine lots of wine. I got to practice my mad cooking skills and dawg taught me how to make cornbread. I look forward to many more visits with this wonderful family.

i think i'm in love!!

This weekend the wyfe and I picked out our new couch, we decided to get a sectional. This thing is comfy and big and comfy and it hold my entire family in the one corner. The wyfe and I cuddled on the corner and had room for all 3 kids and the little dogs!! You know it's bad when you just want to go home and snuggle on the couch instead of shop. I don't even mind football since we are all snuggled up. Happy weekend everyone!

long weekend

This weekend the wife went for her first weekend of reserve duty. I am supportive of this and love being a military family. It's just that I never expected to miss her like this. We are good at the long distance thing. When we met she was 8000 miles away. I think it has to do with the trouble that we were having, Even though the bad stuff is behind us and we are doing great it was hard to say goodbye to her on Thursday knowing that I wouldn't see her till tonight. We have talked we have texted and we have flirted like crazy, it has been fun. I forgot what it was like to love someone over the phone and the computer. It has been fun and even if she was miles away I feel like we connected again. I told a friend of mine that I was glad that I missed her. It was nice to sit around in her sweatshirt that smelled like her and miss her. It's even nicer to know that she missed me and is now on her way home to me. I think I'm going to like this return to military life!

p.s. Thanks to all that thanked her for her service, it's nice to know that what she does is appreciated!!!

Crazy week !

this has been a crazy week here at home. I started a new position at work. the wife and I took a road trip to buy a book. I traveled out of state for the new position at work, i will be doing this off and on. I got to travel in the yucky weather which was not so much fun. I spent to days with my regional director and he was much nicer this time. I got home this evening and the wife was in bed taking a nap to get ready for her big weekend adventure.... this is the weekend that she starts her Air Force Reserve duty. I am sooooo proud of her for the service that she does. I am so glad that she gets to do what she loves to do. I am however worried about her. She has to drive to Pittsburgh pa for reserve duty and the weather is crappy this weekend. (Mother Nature is a bitch sometimes) I know that this will be a busy weekend for her and i can only imagine this is going to have her really ready to go back to active duty asap! now lets just hope that Obama gets it done soon so she can live her dream!

I have to go back to work tomorrow then I have 3 days off. It seems crazy to me to go back to work for a day, but oh well the things we do to pay the bills.
